  27. Picture Converter 2.3 ist ein Tool zur Konvertierung, Scalierung und Farbum-
  28. rechnung umfangreicher Bildersammlungen.
  29. Auf eigene Grafikroutinen konnte verzichtet werden, dafür stehen leistungs-
  30. fähige Programme im NetPBM Paket zur Verfügung. Die erforderlichen NetPBM
  31. Programme werden mitgeliefert.
  32. Die Benutzeroberfläche und Guide sind deutsch. Über Localedateien können
  33. weitere Sprachen genutzt werden.
  34. Folgende Bildformate werden gelesen:
  35. IFF ILBM, GIF, PNG, JPEG, PCX, BMP, PICT und TIFF
  36. Geschrieben werden können diese Bildformate:
  37. IFF ILBM (8-256Farben, 24bit, HAM und HAM8), IFF Adventureshop (32+256 Farben),
  38. GIF, PNG, JPEG, PPM, YUV, BMP, PICT und TIFF
